It is also the story of a fresh look at a traditional activity, new ideas, simple and full of common sense. By taking over the family estate, Anne-Laure and Blandine have appropriated a heritage and know-how from five generations of discoveries. This story, they continue with ardor and freshness. They apply their passion, their knowledge and their desire to innovate to create exquisite and creative spirits. Focused on the art of living well, the work of the Conte & Filles estate is based on a desire to do well and respect for nature.

 Baume de Bouteville is an artisanal production of French balsamic condiments, located in the heart of the Cognac vineyard in Bouteville in Charente. Today, a whole range of top-of-the-range vinegars, created for Chefs, is now offered to all gourmets. Exceptional vinegars but also everyday, which sublimate the dishes but also the cocktails! We organize visits to the Factory in the summer, outside of our production and packaging activity. Do not hesitate to book a visit on the proposed slots, or to contact us for any special request. We offer three visit options: 1. The Classics Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 2. Les Conviviales Monday to Saturday from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (reservation 48 hours in advance). We welcome you every day from 10am from 06 April to 3 November 2019! In April-May-June, the ticket office closes at 17h and the park at 19h. In July-August, the ticket office closes at 18h and the park at 20h. In September, October and November the ticket office closes at 16h and the park at 18h. The playground is open every day, even on Sundays and public holidays. Some useful information to read before you come : - It takes about 3 hours to complete the entire course - It is possible to picnic on the site (even before starting the course) - A snack offer is available in July-August - Our dog friends are accepted if they are on a leash for the duration of your visit. - In case of uncertain weather, remember to put on your rain boots!

Randonnée Fluviale à Fléac vous porpose des locations de bateaux à moteur sans permis, canoës, kayaks, pédalos et stand up paddles. Situé à coté de la guinguette de Fléac vous pourrez prendre un repas ou un verre après votre expérience sur la charente.
